Lord of Life Preschool is a Christian school where the love of God and His blessings are shown and taught naturally and incidentally. It is our goal for each child to recognize his or her own worth as a person, build self-confidence, and to know that Jesus loves them. It is our philosophy that children learn when they play, Our daily schedule includes Bible time, arts and crafts, math, science, music, games, snacks, outdoor play (when the weather allows), circle time, dramatic play, story time, and free play. THREE'S CLASS The three year old class curriculum is play-oriented with some emphasis on counting, recognizing the numbers 1-5, colors, and shapes. The children develop a warm relationship with their teachers and begin to make new friends. Children must be 3 years old by August 31st and toilet trained in order to register for this class. 3's AM Class meets 2 days a week on Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 11:30am 3's PM Class meets 2 days a week on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm PRE-K CLASS The Pre-K class curriculum is an academic/play environment with an emphasis on counting, recognizing numbers 1-5, and shapes, alphabet letters and initial sounds, handwriting, and other readiness skills.
